Totally agree with this last statement, Walmart cares nothing about anyone only the mighty dollar. That has been made evident in the past years since Sam Walton has been gone, the company has steadily gone down , they have lost the trust of all their people from all their mistreatments ,management has lost the very thing that was taught from the very beginning .and they still cant figure it out because their greed gets in there way.

I have watched my frontend manager name Susanne at Store 0849 let one customer come in everyday and use giftcards to buy money orders, this man would do between 27 to 30,000 a day home office came there and told her that she cant do it, a week later he was back in the store telling her I"ll call you on your cell phone are stop by your house, so that let us know that she was getting paid to do that for this one customer so I then called home office to let them know with the rest of the associate that my manager was getting paid for doing this, and the only thing Walmart did was stopped him from coming to our store never did anything to the manager. She made my life a living hell cause she found out I told. I called home office for retaliation,

store #0849 in spring tx is the worst store to ever work for...the managers at this store sleep around with the workers getting them pregnant ,they let the workers who they are having a affair with do whatever they wont to do, they are racist and it shows strongly. We have managers at this store that we have called home office on, for making idle threats nasty remarks whatever you name!!! this store have done it, discrimination plays a major part in a lot of Walmart.

Walmart only thrives from food stamps ,on the grocery side. Most of those consumers don't look at shelf price tags, and if what they want is empty on the shelf, they'll buy the more expensive product next to it. Their top stock inventory is laughable. Full of crap no one buys, or townhouse crackers that are empty on the shelf. The 2 o clock zone is a joke. No top stock is even pulled down, and the idiot facing the shelf pulls an item ,any item, forward to make the shelf look full. Walmart doesn't care about working class consumers. Pj wearing customers are their pride and joy!

True. Bentonville cuts will be in the next two weeks, before fiscal year end. It is the pattern they have had for each of the last few years.

Well of course they will layoff in 2018 that is and has been their standard since 2006. Bottom line, they have made some extraordinary bad decisions in the Marketing and e-commerce side of the business. When your business model is to buy Jet.com for 3 billion in an attempt to take down Amazon, you really have to ask the question...do you really know what the hell you are doing? I hate to see such great talented people lose there jobs, but it will happen. They don't care about you and they are not your family...they are a corporation that is looking out for the shareholders. You are a number and you will be replaced soon.

Wsq: that truly s---s. I can't say I'm surprised, as this decision is coming from the world's largest slavedriver and conman!! I guess my question is: if they can't offer a REAL pharmacy, then why even offer one, at all? Just get out of the business entirely and let someone who truly knows and appreciates healthcare (and human lives) to step-in and help those in need?

I am NOT a health care professional; so, my apologies in advance if what I'm going to say isn't 100% accurate: cutting back in the pharmacy is a malpractice nightmare waiting to happen! Every WM pharmacy I've been to is already understaffed and overworked, and "leadership" is going to cut them back, even more? So, what's going to happen if an overworked pharmacist/Rx Assistant accidentally hands out the wrong medication, and the recipient of that medication gets ill and dies?? Oh, never mind- WM and their army of attorneys will deny, bribe, lie, settle or appeal till the cows come home. "Here's $10K for your dead son (or daughter's) funeral, sorry. Oh, and by the way, please sign this form, promising you won't sue us or say anything bad about us, because we're perfect and you're not." This company has truely crossed the point of no return, and it's time for ALL of us to vote with our feet (and our wallets) and leave this God-forsaken place, ASAP - be it as a customer OR as an Associate. In closing, if they are willing to risk people's lives, then Lord only knows what they're capable of.
