Huge cuts. No one is safe. Can't say more. Just be prepared in the coming weeks. And no, managers do not know who yet. They are on the chopping block as well.

Seriously. Many new hires make more than seasoned people. And anyone that think bus their coach makes more than them has no clue. There are many coaches making less than people on their team. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Yes. Big cuts. Some managers are speculating up to 50%. That is speculation though. Director of program did say it would be bigger than last cut. Last cut was like 15%.

Yep, im bracing for it too, I think HCM's have at least a 50% chance of being impacted this time around. Im sure the coaches are worried as well cause Im sure they will get cut majorly as well , Lets face it, its coming and soon...........my coach is just quiet........ Im sure they will def know something before we do at least, last time, my coach found out about a week or so before that she was let go, she kept it quiet for a while.......which means that they will either know something this week or next....Good luck to all of us..... but would def say if you can find a job now, do it!

My coach has been like little Miss Mary Sunshine for the past month, but she had a change in personality this week. Something is up and I think she just heard about it. Limited communication now, canceling one-on-one meetings for the rest of the month...red flags everywhere! I'm bracing for Nov. 1.

Wow! So what about the HCMs who don’t have a roster, like the coverage team , the remote monitoring team & the new triage team they just started? Will they be reduced, eliminated? Does anyone know?

coach 22 thanks for having the balls to come on here and let us know some things!!! At least some of us can maybe start finding other jobs! Please keep this site updated if you can. If the layoff is going to be " HUGE" then I can see them trying to take 60 teams down to 25, since so many are going monitored status, then IM sure coaches and COMs will be cut too, if they dont need us, they dont need so many of them either and they make more than we do.

It's scary, when you look at the progression to one queue, graduations, warm transfers, etc.... there could be 60 teams, but it can't be cut down to 25, maybe it was cut by 25%?

not sure, about how many teams there are, i heard from another hcm who heard from someone, so it maybe bs, not sure, just wondering if anyone else had heard these numbers. but it sounds about right, with 14-17 on a team and coverage team which has alot more, it could be the case. if so that would mean over a 50% reduction in HCM's................yikes!!, but with monitored status, its heading that way........

Coach 22, is it safe to assume that all departments are having to do budget cutbacks, as well as certain programs getting revamped? If so,what percentage of each program? If it's hah, is it across the board,or a revamping again?

They have continued to hire roles even with layoffs....hello, lowering salary amounts saves them money. So they are cutting the higher salaries, hiring lower salaried...DUH

Why are some leaders still telling teams they are safe? How can they possibly say this when specific names and roles are still unknown? This is so wrong.

Yes it is me. And I wouldn't necessarily say managers have input. You could report that your entire team is amazing and still have some let go. There's so much more that goes into these decisions than manager input. Early November be on the lookout. And yes more than LTIH will be impacted. I just spoke to this program because someone on another thread stated they were safe and they definitely are not. I've said too much.

Coach 22 is spot on. Managers don't know who it will be but they know it is coming. They have input but I don't think they'll know until the emails are sent because they are at risk as well.

Whoever is still saying the info about layoffs is incorrect is crazy or is in management desperately trying to keep people posting information that helps us. This is the 5th round of layoffs in HAH this year and we have known about them from this site.

This is confusing. I keep hearing “no one is safe,” but our coach just told our team the other day we don’t have to worry this round (phc team).

However at the recent LH town hall, JR said he could make no promises, and now we are all confused why coach is so confident.

If they cut the PHCs and CHEs any more they might as well eliminate the roles entirely. I knew they kept some of us just to clear out the queues. Makes me angry! Just be honest. We are adults and can handle the truth over all these lies.

This is 100% true. Substantial layoffs coming to HAH in all depts. I was told directly that this layoff will be much deeper than recent cuts.
