Full disclaimer - I work for a mid-sized competitor. I am curious about the performance review process at Walmart - how do you do it. I don't think I am crossing the line with this question, if I am, please ignore my questions. We do have a process for this but it's loose and I'd like to see how other companies do it. Thank you!

Can you not hire a benchmarking firm to tell you this? There are HR articles about performance management all over the internet.
