Be advised, this the Humana Program. They hire to pass audits and then lay off to keep budget. Humana has been doing this for quite some time. Laying off before raises are given, after audits are completed and/or when assc. reach their salary ceilings is common practice and proven to work for Humana. Restrating members, and laying off associates only demonstrates a lack of care and bottom line mission. For those of you that will reply with “this is a business” - don’t bother. There are a lot of businesses that meet their bottom line without creating a constant disgraceful culture of fear and stress for their employees. This is a top bottom culture of self serving leadership that truly doesn’t care! For those in the next RIF, don’t panic- PLAN. Then take the money and run, in the long run it will be a blessing!

this companies practices are horrid and disgusting. How they can sleep is beyond me and to keep saying due to "this is a business". WELL why are others not doing this then....SCUM
