I find it odd being asked the level of skill needed for the job. probably want to cut those of us with advanced degrees first because we make more. We are significantly over qualified for this job. Upper management has looked down on this role for several years. This questionnaire is the beginning of gutting the entire role. If any survive it will be the butt kissers, especially the leads. Crazy that they decide to train the rest of the CHEs on the ROI line, which the majority of us have been doing successfully for months, just in time to cut everyone in a few weeks.
