Today at least 2 people on my team received a form from our leader via email to fill out and return. It asked about daily responsibilities, how much time each task takes, and how much expertise is needed to complete.

Does anybody know more about these forms? Which positions were they referring to?

HCM RN here and heard of the cuts in all positions under WF in the HSO area....noone is safe including HCM RN

This was for the CHEs. The company sees zero value in the role despite CHEs demonstrating their flexibility and adaptability on a daily basis. I find it odd being asked the level of skill needed for the job. probably want to cut those of us with advanced degrees first because we make more. We are significantly over qualified for this job. Upper management has looked down on this role for several years. This questionnaire is the beginning of gutting the entire role. If any survive it will be the butt kissers, especially the leads. Crazy that they decide to train the rest of the CHEs on the ROI line, which the majority of us have been doing successfully for months, just in time to cut everyone in a few weeks.
