Is it just me, or is the number for Oracle really low compared to what we know?

Layoffs are happening every week at Oracle. Oracle is laying offs in double digits in HQ mainly to hire in India and other cheap places. These double digits do not show up in these reports. Trust me, they know what they are doing.
They didn't include all the stealthy layoffs for Oracle, just the announced ones...
HPE numbers are brutal...
