Those who already have the cash recycler

How did it work for the closing associate the day before you started training? I saw the checklist and am kind of confused. I know I have to make sure I get all of the cash into accounting and it says to not reset the tills. What do I do with the $150 in each till? If I just put it into my cash I will be over when I balance. Am I supposed to do a deposit so that there is no cash deposit when finalizing the office the next Day? How did it workbfor you?

PR95vsm-3dju ALWAYS will have a mgr over every area but from what i can tell right now the front end mgr, whatever that mgr title is, will be. but in short time it seems the AP mgrs will be.

PR59-vsm- our club manager sent sent all the managers and accounting associates an email with information on what we do for the three days of training, a checklist and a guide. I just asked my manager. We go live this week. So not a lot of warning!

When did you find out your go live date? No one knows anything and there will only be one cash Office person there at a time. And no one knows anything at all. Management are absolutely no help and don’t want to be involved (as usual).

Thanks for that. It looks like it will be just myself that night. My manager said she thinks the MSS Lead will be there that night and can help me. We are not a small club at all. And on a Tuesday night my deposit is usually 18-25k so should be fun being by myself.

We did a couple of things, we counted all of the tolls to make sure they were at $150, and we wrote down what was in each till by denomination. There is a sheet you fill out that you will need to know how much in pennies, nickles, dimes, etc. It will also help when doing your room count. We did just one deposit, and waited to finalize till all the drawers were in, however we are a small club. But you will want all your bags in a deposit that evening. After our deposit, we did a room count, and added in EVERYTHING including what was in your $150 tills. It is really not too difficult, I would just make sure you start counting your drawers that are not being used as early as possible....and get a deposit going. We waited too long and ended up taking a long time, even with all 3 of us there. I would definatly reach out to clubs in your market who have the machines already. It's really not that bad, as long as you start doing stuff early enough.
