Just curious if anyone has direct experience with Stokes from Transportation or Energy Connections? My initial impression from his organizational announcement is mixed. Org changes did nothing to clarify responsibilities and roles and in some ways seemed to make it a little worse ("SWAT Teams" chasing metrics I would have expected to be owned by the P&L's).

What is the scheduled all hands at GRC about? I wasn't aware of it. Is it scheduled for all the organisers, or just a specific few?
GRC-the org announcements were intended to highlight the Energy Connection integration back into Power and some clarity of who will be following business metrics. Don't think it would be beneficial to your impending org changes.
Stokes @ Energy Connections - "Yes man" to Immelt , Never heard him offer any solutions , Operations guy , no curiosity to learn products or markets , was not very inspirational - most of the messages (in large and small settings) were muddled - kind of like this one from GRC:

I guess he has been put in Power for a reason - no prior attachment to the core units , so can cut freely
Can someone elaborate on org announcements for non-Power folks here? Some orgs at GRC have all-hands meetings tomorrow. Wonder what those are about
