Well, another acquisition, another chance to get rid of some folks. I'm willing to bet that there will be a round of layoffs under the guise of consolidation that will include significantly more people than called for by the merger. We all know Cisco can't pass up such a perfect opportunity...

HCS folks might get impacted.
Broadsoft is a phone company in the cloud. Anyone in Colab BU will feel the impact of this acquisition very hard, 1700 heads need to roll. Remember Archimedes' principle back in HS?
