You go in any client office and ask what they think about stoneywood and there is always laughter and a shaking of heads. What a shambles. Africa offices are better run.

Stoneywood lost all credibility after being run off a project after only a few days. It shows they didn't know what they were doing. They've become the clowns the industry laughs at.

BHGE Aberdeen is beyond a joke. It's not even a company anymore a few overpaid managers and engineers with about 20 years experience tryimg to run a few jobs a month that the inexperienced offshore staff mess up so then lose contracts.

Total laughing stock

BHGE born leaders what a total joke leaders in pay offs maybe leaders in running a company into the ground by keeping people who have no idea.

4th quarter rocket share price you can see another over paid manager or engineer who is still in a job from knowing someone wrote that statement.

The company was good 10 years ago and has gone so far down hill it's now the go to when no one else will do the job.

Be lucky to still be a company this time next year

Because Bridge of Don fixes things. We don’t care if it’s renewable or not, we can fix it, that’s what we do. We have a saying in these parts. If your glass is half empty, cheers.

Sorry, only if you are living under a rock you are waiting for boom times in oil and gas industry. The large oil and gas companies (Shell, BP, Statoil, Total, etc.) are increasing their investment in renewable energy or clean source of energy. Now my questions is: How a oil and gas service company can adapt to a change in energy demand and supply ?????

Well we have a wealth of experience at the Bridge of Don. Lets make sure we utilize and not brutalize that experience. We’ve a saying in these parts. He who laughs last didn’t get the joke.

The boom time are gone the world energy demand is changing there aren’t going to be any “boom time”. Due to climat change there are many countries around the world implementing tough regulations on fossil fuels. France has banned all the oil and gas explorations, Oxford (UK) will implement a ban on all petrol cars staring with 2020, and many others. On top of all BHGE dosen’t have the expertise and the capability to face a ‘’boom time’’. In last 2 years BHI has let go majority of their highly experienced employees. Most of them are out of the industry and won’t come back. Even if BHGE are going to hire graduates for field jobs there is a high risk just around the corner of a second Macondo due to increased challenge for oil and gas exploration. BHGE 1000 training classes can’t replace highly experienced hands that they have lost. The ‘’easy oil’’ is gone good luck dealing with ‘’ tough stuff’’.

There are no leaders in BHGE Aberdeen. It's time for GE to chop management heads and get this company competitive again in the oil business. Should be zero tolerance for bad managers so get them out.

BHGE needs leaders, not managers. Managers do what is correct, leaders do what is right. Managers can't think outside following procedures. Leaders can and do.

There are some very poor quality managers in BHI who dont deserve the salaries they are getting.
