When you say “folks at home office” I hope you mean the big shot VPs. Most of the regular folks who work there and even the buyers/replenishment managers have gone through so many rounds of layoffs and re-orgs it’s not even funny. They keep cutting back replenishment managers because they think a computer program is going to keep stores in stock.

You simply cannot run Sam's Club with machines. People pay a Membership fee to shop there and they expect to get service. They cut hours every week so there is hardly anyone on the floor to offer assistance to the members. The Morale is at its lowest, what more can they cut. These folks at HO has gone insane!
Worthless prick anyways
Take away their corporate planes and stop blowing company money on pointless trips.
Could easily tour with an iPad on Skype and see that pallets aren’t straight.
