NJ CALL CENTER was offered $50k lump sum EISP plus $2200 for every year served and 6 months medical. A lot of people want it but only 30 slots. Call Center is going down the tubes. Not making money..management breathing down your neck.
I was told a super eisp was just offered in NJ to some titles. I wish I could be more specific.
They will get rid of the high paid (long tenured) workers and workers with performance write ups from management and keep the cheaper less experienced workers.
I think there is going to be one out soon to be off by Christmas. It will be for the outside jobs and very limited. Company has to cut 10 billion by 2022. Started with the business office and will work there way to other departments in areas where there is no fios. Fios areas probably won’t see it. Anyone hired after 03 will probably be laid off eventually.
