Looks like the CAM's will continue to get the shaft. First cars and phones, now a new pay program and mandatory Saturday schedule to work in stores. You guys need to wise up!

All the professional cams work for the competition. Those at AAP are just along for a ride as long as a check keeps showing up. Some of the base salaries ( which are as high as $85k before bonus) are too good to walk away from.
Electronic ordering produces more sales than any cam. Eliminate the position.

And why do we need cams again? I have yet to see one bring anything of substance to my store. The competitors have all the good accounts.
I'd be surprised if many cams put in more than 4-5 hours per day. I know mine can usually be found at home.
Sounds like the store support jerks need to spend some time in the stores. Helping for a change would be more helpful. How can you be lined up if you have never sold anything or are you holding out someone else can fill in and do better with the set up of no hours, inventory or budget.
We have real salesmen lined up to take your place. You need to rethink your comments and go sell something.
