Yes that's exactly what I expect. That's the proper level of communication. Someone running around yelling.
Or you know, you could have a manager have a meeting with each shift and alert them to major changes such as entire departments being eliminated.
So do you expect someone to run thru the store yelling Hey guess who just got cut, as you put it. How dam insensitive. You must be more of a busybody since you feel slighted for not being
personally told “anything “.
People post stuff here because this is the only place we'll get told anything. After people get cut no one comes and tells us, we just find out later on hearing from other associates. Communication s---s.
