Well, since I got laid off. I guess the non disclosure means nothing. There is a new President and he plans to clean house. I know my time was coming, it was to be expected. This new president plans on making big changes to save the SDS division. There is a major reduction of force in the future. The new president will outsource a big chunk of production, hoping to save the SDS division. I wish him luck.

This division is going down in flames. They have too many nappy headed managers that can't write coherent paragraphs. My review was a joke. They aren't supplying the field with parts. They pencil whip PM's, extremely unethical b---s---. If you point something unethical out they always have answers. Their favorite tactic is to blame their short comings on low level employees. They roll out equipment to the field that hasn't been BETA tested, sell it to the TSA for a pretty penny. Then blame the technician because the piece of sh-- doesn't work. They lost a 94 million dollar contract.
These people deserve a sh-- sandwich for lunch. I hope they choke on it!!!
It's been about one year and many are still employed. They keep saying we're getting laid off in December 2018, but from the looks of it. I don't think it's gonna happen this year. and This division is so screwed up that Kenny to get layoffs right.
Any updates at SDS since President departed?
A lot of mid level managers are being asked to sign NDAs (with hush money attached, I'm sure). There is a wall to wall inventory going on and there are a much larger than normal number of semi trailers parked out by the loading docks.
Subtlety is not a core principle at L3.
All the rumers are BS. Just kidding, we are all fu*@$d.... Start up dateing our resumes. soon we will be in the unemployment line.

That's a very vague and broad statement whoever you are. I hope you realize you just made things 10x worse. How about just tell us what's going on then? If you truly got laid off from L-3 and the non disclosure doesn't matter. Why not just tell us what's going on? We have families to worry about. It's not fair to those who actually have shed blood for this company to be treated this way.
Stop the cycle of no communication then. Let us know what's going on.
