The post below (2 posts down) is a reasonable post. I agree that all the fighting on this site is ridiculous and not helpful.

It's a good thing the last poster stated she's not coming back because it's just a matter of time before she is attacked for her astute review of this site....It's all just educated guesses! Let the vicious attacks begin 3, 2, 1........

OP I don't believe you're going to get that here. I'd never even heard of this site until Friday, when my coach told us to avoid it in a meeting. So of course I had to look. I've spent the weekend watching posts, and reading back through old posts.

I don't see anything to suggest anyone on here actually knows anything. Some of the old posts indicate several people making well educated guesses, such as PHCs assuming they would be affected due to extremely low roster numbers after graduating members then being laid off shortly after. But none if that shows any prior insider knowledge, just good reasoning skills.

All of the recent posts and comments directed at the future of HCMs seem to be almost exclusively posted by other disciplines basically saying that HCMs deserve it this time, not on any kind of actual knowledge of the situation.

More than anything I'm saddened to see such hate and vitriol being shared. I like to think the majority of other disciplines don't share in those feelings towards the HCMs. Personally, I plan to log out of this site after this post, which will be my first and last one to this site, and not come back to it. I'm going to go about my job exactly as before, doing everything I can for my members. Unless I'm given actual information that I will be laid off then I will continue as if I'm not. There's no point in worrying about something we can't change otherwise.

I am an HCM RN and all I can say is that I am slammed with work. I am putting some of my members in monitored status and then almost everyday I am getting several new members.,,,,mostly HS. Cannot understand why they would assign new members to HCMs and then change the Member to someone else. These are sick members who need some stability. But I am only an HCM RN and obviously do not call the shots. But still think it would not be a good for the members to be moved around a lot. I am busier now thanI have ever been. Who will pick up that gap ifHCM RN layoffs. And I cannot take any more work.

💯 and Coach 22 have been exceptionally quiet. Probably worried about their jobs too. I heard some coaches were ordered to stay silent.
