Well, well, well, no surprise here: oracle new excessive executive pay package yet again slammed by ISS - share holder should vote against it. See Bloomberg.com. Same old sh*t, rewards them for just existing rather than doing their jobs.

1st question on director vote is For all, withhold all, vote individually
Therefore to vote against, recommendation of "for" select "withhold all".
Overall it's pretty straightforward, just vote the opposite of the recommended value on the form.
ie:
- Withhold all, 2. against, 3. against 4. 3 years, 5. against , 6 against, 7 for, 8 for, 9 for.
I am with the Oracle stockplan run via Etrade but have not received the details to cast my proxy vote. But I do remember receiving something last year.
Has anyone with etrade received anything yet? I'm guessing they don't want my vote since I was RIF'd and they know I'll vote against their proposals! Anyway I've sent a message to them.
And yeah had you bought Oracle instead of Amazon, Nvidia, Google or even Microsoft you'd be sitting on a loss due to missed gains. So Oracle is a bad investment. Finally one of the fundies I hold had reduced their holdings in Oracle for better stuff which was a huge releif.
to be fair, there are individual(s) here that keep posting the same old crap, same old stories, same old poor me routines. they hijack other threads, etc.

If I could trade in that stock plan account I would exchange my Oracle shares for the likes of Nvidia, Google and Amazon. At least they are reinvesting their profits/revenue into improving products while Oracle pays out that crappy dividend! That decision by Leisure Suit Larry to pay out that dividend has and always will be a bad decision that is severely hurting the company.

I am one of those that was RIF'd in Australia. But I do still have some shares in Oracle from a stock plan years back and it is the WORST investment in my life! Can't sell yet because the stock plan account does not let you trade shares in other US companies and the funds get converted immediately into AUD which is still too way too high (Need $1 AUD to be $0.5 USD instead of $0.77 USD)
Anyways for 1st question I did not cast my vote for the directors.
For 2-5, I vote "AGAINST" ie: reject compensation, reject equity plan, extend review of compensation to 3 years instead of 1 year.
I voted "for" for questions 6-8 questions for political contribution report, pay equity and proxy access reform
So I pretty much did the opposite of what they asked on the voting form.
That's what you get when you rif employees that are shareholders!

No it’s not, this is criticizm of the new pay package that is up for shareholder vote at this coming shareholders’ meeting
