If you haven't relocated all your staff that works on Indirect spend to Mexico or Bruno CZ is to probably start that process. SPS, HBT and most of PMT are done with a few small pockets to go in 2018 once the dust from this years changes settle. SPS moved almost 100% of customer service to Mexico. So far about 50% success since they replace people with 20 years of product knowledge with people with zero. But they are learning how to search faster.

All hands meetings have turned into two categories, 1 they want to pump you up to keep you going until they’re done with you 2 well we missed our goals and worried about the outlook so we’re going to have to take some tough steps and lay your butt off.
