The people deal is .. they will fire all their people. Unless you’re a massive a-- kisser or related to your boss or his boss.

Good thing they stopped giving out RSUs as part of compensation. The employees might actually have incentive to get something done.
Morale appears to be improving. The only remaining employees in San Jose have absolutely zero marketable skills or ambition, most are just happy to have health insurance and a free computer.
Ironically, the constant layoff strategy has dramatically improved morale. Would hate to be a Cisco shareholder though.
