Are there any good engineers left at Q? Nobody in their right mind would join at this point and the good ones keep leaving. This will show up in innovation and execution down the line. Q will not recover that easily. Politics really drive out the best managers and engineers.

For sure, none of them are capable to really make any meaningful impact at intel.Here in Q, they reached high title's by playing politics(very common). Hope good engineers who left Q are making some meaningful impact.
