More and more bs. They cut my hours then give me back hours to 38.5 but i have to work 6 days a week to get them. They fired my manager and havent replaced him in 2 months leaving me to run the store on a skeleton crew with no hours. Then instead of promoting me , they go and hire and outsider to manage my store that i have been at for 10 years. Cant wait to see what monday brings with this new manager! Way to go AAP . THANKS FOR USING ME!!! no loyalty.

Your best bet is to leave the Vegas market. I did. You don't realize how toxic the culture is at Advance until you get out of it. I never thought I would miss working for the Cannon's but advance made that possible.
Yes. And worse with this new dm we have. Fired all the seasoned managers and only have 1 out of 14 left in the district since he took over in January.
They are by far the worst company I ever worked for, it is really hard to believe they are still in business
