I only have one question for you: Assuming what you said were true that all the good people left or were forced to leave, why are you still here then?

MC and KK both incompetent idiots who made it to the top with politics and backstabbing. The resulting state of Qualcomm should not be surprising to anyone

The people who made this company number 1 smartphone vendor already left (or were forced to leave) the company. Don't even try to claim any credit for the loser upper managers in charge now!!! They are incompetent losers. Their initials mentioned already here!!!

Not all the upper management people are a--holes. Some of them are very competent. This company cannot become the no. 1 smartphone chipset provider out of nowhere. Yes there are issues, and they're also incompetent upper managers, mid-level managers and entry-level engineers. Do your job and find what's the best for you.

How many of you complainers are really crappy engineers who should never have entered the field in the first place. If you don't like QCOM, then go somewhere else. If you don't s---, you'll land another decent job. If you're unable to find other work, maybe the fault is your's.

We should have a good idea how things will go by Oct 1st.....I think worse case is Q gets acquired by someone...there is still a ton of great IP and potential....also there are many brilliant people still at Q. The courts will settle the legal issues and we will move forward. I am nervous as anyone but I will stay committed to my work there for now.

Totally agree OP. There are several SVP's/VP's that are useless and only still there because they are favored by JT. We can start with my SVP, KK (why was this jerk ever promoted)? He doesn't even know what is going on in his own shop, it's a complete mess. He can not recognize competent people from idiots. Plus he WAY political, a back stabber, and has been responsible for many good people leaving Q. It speaks poorly for exec management that he is running the SOC team. Little hope for Q with people like KK in upper positions.
