Unsure why Nike is withholding this agreement until Sept 30?

Can someone post a copy of the severance agreement they received?
It would be great to have a heads up to what I'm being asked to agree to.

Because if you were let go in the layoffs the week of 8/28, 9/30 is your last pay day. The severance package follows your last payday/day of employment. This is the same as what they did for those of us who were laid off in June.
Q1 earnings release? It's a guess, but likely.
