my customer freaked out my and asked my SE out and not to mention upgrading supercluser again. He asked to pick up the rac once they settle with Dell.

OP, can't understand a thing you said. Learn to communicate better. Might help you with the customer front too.
Once they buy Dell they want you to pickup the scrap metal?
How did you pick it out?
I think that's nice. Just drinks, or dinner and a movie?
