I'm pretty sure everyone has the Friday meeting on their calendar. I'm not saying nothing is happening this week, but I wouldn't base it solely on there being an all hands meeting.

This is nerve racking. How are we supposed to produce quality work and serve our customers when we think the axe might fall everyday? What happened to "This Mck-Chg merge will provide opportunities for our employees"? We get these "rah rah" emails about thinking outside the box, making our own bright futures, and increase organic growth while in the background, they are slicing out our hearts. Is someone actually benefiting? Who, Directors, VPs? It certainly isn't the worker who is working long hours, doing complicated work to apply bandaids to the bleeding due to poor development quality.
