If you have the means, make some money on the side or increase your value to a competitor and make sure to take as much sensitive data and corporate secrets you have access to with you as you leave.. it's not like Molina cares about you anyways...

Company secrets ? Because everyone wants to know what the Molina magic is! Come on now. There are no secrets to share. Oh brother.
Not to mention that Molina has such a poor reputation no one would want their supposed secrets. And no reputable company would take them anyways. Worthless advice.
I would not advise risking imprisonment simply because a company is 'acting a fool'.
Taking records with you violates fed laws.
Come on now...
So... You're advocating theft then?
Completely agreed with Post ID: @Ph3hYss-nwv
Be the bigger person and move forward. If you chose to "harm" them who are really harming? It's all about the principle and work ethics despite of this horrible situation.
This post seems like an obvious troll.. I would ignore it..
I was laid off and even I think this is low. I took my old job because of what the company stood for and for its members. I enjoy helping people and need a job that allows me to do that. If you do a data breach you are literally harming the members. Not cool, dude.
Whoa. I can understand being upset about the way Molina has handled these layoffs, That said, it's definitely not worth compromising your ethics or breaking the law. Move forward and be the bigger person here.
