The worst management ever, no communication with staff, dictatorial, unrealistic expectations, cheap salaries, run by the asylum. They didn't deserve the wonderful emoyees they had. Mismanagement of money , staff and members. Hopefully the Feds will take a closer look and hopefully we will unite and sue them for how they let us all go.

I agree w u. Think back to how Dr Molina visioned MHC - it is now totally against what he would have wanted for us. Businesses come and go. The vision is lost. Thank u for sharing
unfortunately this is an at will state and they don't need a reason to let people go. I saw this coming and got out while the getting was good. I feel for those of you that are not nurses and will not find jobs that pay as well.
