In retail we are no longer allowed to have OT and I looked at my time sheet and my manager has changed my times that I punched in and out to reflect the no OT policy. This is not legal in any way but who do I contact about this? HR won't do anything probably

Last year one of the Wireless Network Directors in New Jersey forced his Managers to change staff timesheets to remove OT. The guy had his a-- handed to him by upper Mgt.

What is the rationale behind your inquiry @xuc?
The wireline workforce currently provides all fiber work involved in delivering the fiber connection to the large cell towers ( "a wireless product" ) from the wireline-serviced central office areas.
It puzzles me why you would believe that there's now going to be some confusion, by simple virtue of these being smaller cells (that have also traditionally been connected to the central offices by landline workers), now suddenly being introduced on a larger level.
Logically, the very same people would continue to provide the very same labor from the landline central offices to these locales as well.

Work traditionally done by the union (i.e., attaching fiber cables to poles and buildings, splicing fiber cable, testing fiber cable, troubleshooting fiber cable) is union work.
Question you should ask your union bosses ,who is going to run the fiber to all tbe small cells that vz is going to put in all the cities for their 5g infrastructre,is it going to be you the wireline guys or are they going to use contractors since 5g is a wireless product,that is the question

Department of labor or compliance hotline. They are required to pay you for hours worked.
