Why hasn't anyone in corporate come to Waco and cleaned house? It doesn't take a masters, hell, an associates degree to see what's wrong in Waco. There are two floors of dead weight that needs to go. Burn rate is useless without completion. There is three or more levels of management shuffling hous on paper and nobody making sure anything is being accomplished. Nobody actually knows what the scope of work is remaining on the two commercial birds. Nobody except the guys on the floor are held accountable. Make a a few minor mistakes causing a little rework( not an escape ) or fail a tool box audit and your fired. A PM sends work to a vendor that delivers sh--, cost the company millions of dollars and f---s the entire delivery shcedule, well that's just another day at work for Waco management. It's sad. We had a good team and a solid company.
They sent Waco the rejects from Greenville and the idiots that drove other L3 plants into the ground. What did they expect? It had to happen eventually. You can't run a company with no leadership. Put enough nonperformers in key leadership roles with no real KPI's and it has to fail eventually.
