Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

have been reading about this in other forums as well as websites About this,Our store is infested with Bad Management Some new,they seem to be walking off the street With managers badges on.And Surely undermining The Experienced Associates that are trying to do things the right way.You don't go along with them they will through you under the bus.Want A open Door the bus is running in the Store Managers office and he is at the wheel.I have never seen so many coaching,It almost like they are getting off on these relentless keyed in documentations.By downsizing management at all levels then they can Afford to give more hours and money,some Associates cut to the bone as they deal with a hardship employer.While these flunkies make all the gold and leave us the shaft.Lately I have seen Associates with years of service ether quit or get fired.I'm dogging bullets every day myself,thank God I'm Retired and can make it with out them.Sooner or later they get me to or Ill Quit
