Everyone is so unmotivated and just going through the motions. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Morale can't possibly get any worse, but maybe I'm wrong. I'm praying for a furlough or better yet, a RIF. I spend a lot of time sending resumes and going on interviews. Once I find another job I'm going to quit with zero notice. I hope a bunch of programs get stalled or cancelled as a result but honestly, I couldnt care less. AEROs fate is sealed, it's a sinking ship and there is no fixing this.
Right there with you, @PecMzIi-4kak. I have started actively looking for a new job several months ago. Getting RIFed from Honeywell would be a gift for me at this point. Once I realized how much the work situation was affecting my mental health, I said enough. I feel much better since I made the decision to leave, one way or another.
