Anybody else remembers when working at Molina was actually enjoyable and not stressful?

This was only two years ago. Oh, how things can change in such a short time.
I've been with molina for years and from the start it was obvious that this company was f*ed.. no training from day one.. new employees expected to learn their job while having no clear goals from upper management.. got to see good people leave because of the horrible management while the sh* people remained on board doing nothing but getting a paycheck while never being held accountable for their f* ups.. this company never was going to last. It grew too quickly under the weight of a failed management system with no solid processes to handle the expansion.. Molina is a joke. I know dozens of people right now that are doing nothing at work because they see that the end is near.. everyone is on their phones and tablets at work in their cubicles looking for another job.. phones are ringing but no one is answering and everyone feels betrayed..
Far from stress free, at this point it's bad for your health.
Not sure a completely stress free work environment is a great idea. It may be part of why a company isn't successful. There should be some pressure to do a good job.....at any company. I would also agree with the comment made here, that I wouldn't have ever described my position at Molina as a low stress position. That may have been true for others but not for me. Jobs are stressful.
