Is there any truth to invoice clerk and receiving lead losing there jobs? I want facts not th rumors please!!!

Since your club lost invoice in March. How many are in your day receiving?
There has not been an invoice clerk in my market since March of this year. Look on the wire under One best way/ centralized offices. It tells who does what as far as the invoice job. Our former invoice associate took a severance buy out and left the company.
What people will have new roles for a month?
My store has cuts coming I dont think invoice is affected but they have been talking about many people in new roles for a month. And I know DSD and reclamation is being cut from 120 hours to 50.
Sam's Club still has the receiving clerks, Wal-Mart does not have them anymore

Not what sure what part of the country you are in....maybe on the North Pole! but this is not a secret. Most stores regions and divisions have eliminated this position. It started last year. It basically combines invoicing, claims and Dsd. The office actually moves to the claims cage. All this information is available on the wire. The new job code is 1-930-603. Most of invoicing is now handled by GSA today anyway... so not big deal
as stated here many times if you want truth then you will have to wait. if you want rumors then this is the place to be. the only truth is there will be significant changes. NO ONE knows
