You may or may not know that Molina's intentions are to sell off the clinics. This lines up perfectly with the "rumor".
Basically, the person you want to work for has continued his fathers legacy and will be obtaining the clinics. My hopes are for a smooth transition for employees and members.

I'm working at the new company that Mario Molina has established and things are moving forward nicely. Transition is set to be done by 01/01 and will be seamless to our patients. Regardless of your feelings about the company the Molina family are filled with compassionate and caring people who want to help serve the communities that they are a part of.
Perhaps because running a dozen clinics is a lot different than running a Fortune 500 company!
Well the firing is done in Ohio as of last Thursday and Friday so they say. Today the company has dropped the hiring freeze and will post the jobs frozen during the firing. While internally the next group walking the firing line received an email today and have been singled out and "assigned" other jobs. This allows time for the replacements to be hired. This won't be over for a long time.
After they booted the molina brothers it left same lame leaders that caused the issues in the first place and now doing the re-org and laying people off, dummie.
Seriously? It's the Molina family's mismanagement of this enterprise that led us to this point in the first place.. why would anyone want to work for the Molina family now? Joe White and the rest of the board didn't make the decisions alone over the past 5 years that caused this to happen.. my God. What are you thinking?
