Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

I would be shocked if GE Healthcare is left alone - commonly known for its incompotent management

After spending many years at GE Healthcare, I would be disappointed if Flannery did not begin by draining the swamp in that back slapping swamp. This will be his first REAL test of unbiased decision making.

I agree. GE HC has long been a place where good people go and eventually leave or are forced out by poor HR and senior managers, who are too busy rewarding each other and neglecting good performers. This part of the company has clearly spun out of control. Hope John is willing to take the tough actions to set it back on track.
