My friend is a VP in Aero. It's hard to move on with A do not compete. He is just as stressed and unhappy as everyone else. Thanks be me to would be a blessing imho

Updating the goals or the RESULTS? There is a big difference. And HR is only the administrator of the review process. The guidance on results is your leadership.

It's a stupid HR game. They need to justify their miserable existence and set up all the non-star employees for further abuse.

The whole company is sh-- and not meeting any long term goals. Unless the goals are to lose customers and be the lowest ranked supplier to those that didn't drop us yet.
