Why bother?
Our DM keeps yelling at our entire district to hire so many people per week, because it's SO easy to persuade anyone to work for minimum wage when they might be lucky to get 5-10 hours per week and still be expected to get as much work done as if they had 40 hours to do it.

Most likely now. in theory you'd want people to be in a bit early so they can be trained. However with sears the training isn't exactly a priority anymore it seems...
