Does anyone know how to cash in the shares of AdvanSix stock that Honeywell shareholders received during the AdvanSix spinoff? For every share of HW stock, stockholders were given a portion of the A6 stock. Just wanted to cash out since I am leaving HW. Never received any info from HW or A6.

Hopefully the latest spinoff will provide more information about the new stock disposition.
Back in April or May of this year I received a state that sheet for a stock holders mtg for a6 to be held June 2017. No phone numbers or emails to contact.. Unfortunately I could not make the mtg. I hv stocks in my 401k and also from ESOP .. It was a short period of time and a long time ago that I was able to purchase HW stock at an employee rate.
I have HW stock both in the 401k and a small amount of shares that were given to me as a HW R&R but those are in a Wells Fargo brockerage acct. I have not seen a deposit in my 401K or in the WF account. What's up with AdvanSix stock?
I owned HW stock in my 401K during that spinoff. we were supposed to get the ASIX shares cashed out and deposited into our 401k but I never saw a transaction in my account about it. so what's going on? anyone else?
For taxable accounts, ASIX shares were deposited in the same brokerage account as any HON shares you own and can be sold from there as well. Don’t know how it was handled in the 401k accounts, but if you’re leaving, it all could be sold and transferred to your IRA.
