90 IT layoffs today. Mostly John's Creek and California. Minimal in Lorain.

More layoffs this week in field services, including NRC Lorain. Selling division had some layoffs and restructuring, also. Not a word on the news, these numbers are a blip for a company this size. Guess the $600 million gift from GOP wasn't enough.
The lack of people must have contributed to the credit problems on Black Friday. We cannot continue running on razor thin staffing levels in every area of the business.
Surprisingly, no one posted rumor at all.
So tiring!
God bless we poor ex and current Macy's employees.
This is ridiculous and creating a very anxious environment. People are literally walking on pins and needles not know what the next cut is going to be. It is pretty clear to everyone that something is drastically wrong and something needs to change.
90?? did JC even have 90 people, they had let go about 200+ already in 2016 and 2017 in IT. Hope they have someone left to turn the lights on.
It has also effected field services 20 positions to be exact. The NRC LA office was closed as well. It is getting absolutely crazy every week you don't know if you will have a job or not. And even when they assure you that you will things happen that cause you to always double check and think twice. I am getting that resume together as we speak!!!
