Those of you who are still expecting to keep your jobs need to read some of the other posts. The belief is that Molina the company will be sold. Pay attention and take care of yourself. Dont wait !

I am still working for Molina and I noticed most of the Temps are still here as well

as FTEs thats been working for Molina for under 5 years. Looks like they got rid of all

the Mario Molina supporters. Which makes perfect sense since they are talking about

a new Molina healthcare moving in a new direction. They probably figured the old heads would

have giving them problems with their new agenda for Molina.

As part of the 150, let me add that I can't understand how they determined who stayed and who was let go? Credentials, seniority, work performance, degrees? I know ex coworkers that were let go having masters degrees in nursing and giving their position to a non degree employee. Confirmed by a copy of the new business cards that an inside friend copied and pasted to me in a text.

Now Florida employees and Molina corporate can both focus on rebuilding.

Both sides were in only for making money, as should be. Neither side should become a charity nutcase, heading into bankruptcy, just because of uncontrolled emotional tantrums of few.
