Is it just me or have a bunch of people been laid off a few at the time from different locations as we sit here and wait for the next round? It looks like L3 figured out a way to avoid bad publicity that comes with mass layoffs. It's perfect for them, but for us it means absolutely no job security. Morale is low as it is, worrying about small layoffs that can occur each and every day is only going to make that worse.

They don't care about publicity because they pay to have the internet scrubbed of bad public relations.
It doesn't matter how bad the publicity is, all they have to do is pay to have the internet scrubbed. Cooking the books only lasted about three days worth of news and then nothing. When L3 titan contractors were caught in gauntonomo there is very little internet publicity. And so on
There are so many exceptions to WARN it's practically useless. And now that we are one division with GVL, our numbers are combined.

L-3 AR,Sarasota. will be no more as far as production. Moving it to Grand Rapids
not just you it's been going on for months if not years. it's win-win for them.
