And most of you have no clue what Sam Walton would be doing right now... he was one of the best business men of his time.

But if I had to think of a few things:

He would be wondering why we are just now changing... wondering why we let amazon pass us up. Wondering why Costco is used against us. Wondering why you don’t support change.

If you read anything at all on Sam Walton then you read that he was an innovator, embraced change, swam upstream.

This is retail. Not a a job to make millions. If you want to make decent money move up and use that college degree to make change at the home office... oh wait.

For now, at least, go get that Sam Walton book and start studying up... you need it.

PodIiPw-1miy. you really don’t get it obviously you’ve not been impacted. i would say you haven’t been around long enough to remember the past. you’ve only seen the audit team from this year at club level

These positions may have been eliminated but thise associates are given certain amount of time to find another position within the company. When they eliminated the audit position they were given the choice of a severence package. They weren't just let go. Many companies go through changes. Sometime the changes are good and some changes not so good.

The new leadership is all about money, yes. But money for themselves.

They do not care about the members. Nothing about partners. Stockholders? Forget it.

It's all about them and how much they can hoard while they hold the keys to the kingdom.

They syphon out so much cash that their kids, their kids' kids, and three more generations will be taken care of. 100 mil? No problem... Why? How did they earn it? Is that the American way? Where's hard work there and does that hard work correlate with the reward???
