Does anyone know if there is promo cycle and salary hike in Oct?

There's always options for managers. A few off cycle promos in my extended network in the last 6 months.
I heard the cycle is already locked and loaded, but not sure if I believe that.
Right now just hoping I can use the restructure to get away from my curry loving boss who takes credit for my work, and when they can't, shares the congrats with the weak members of the team (who contribute opinions not effort) to make it look like a team win (and still steal some credit).
heard this is postponed to may 2018 ,. not sure what we are working for
lol... I was at Cisco for 9 years and not once did anyone get a salary increase unless they went into management or was elevated to MTS. I take that back... one guy on the team had been with Cisco for 17 years and after getting married and having 2 kids asked for a little more and they gave it to him. Cisco doesn't give raises.

That depends on the the business unit (and bottom 5% cisco wide). A lot of us don't need to worry. We just come here for entertainment purposes.

Sr manager just mentioned getting me one yesterday. Obv I'm still paranoid or I wouldn't be here
Was told there would be zero salary or promotion bumps this fall.
