If Oracle wants to save on severance costs from layoffs then they will just give reps and ECAs their own accounts. Once they see how bad it is, they will just quit. Has MH thought of this? Maybe it's cheaper to pay severance than provision cloud accounts.
LE, MH, SC, this is a great idea.....this could save the 3 of you a lot of time and effort.... why hide the true contents of the cloud from the people you want to lay off anyway?

If sales reps and architect had cloud accounts then they would just show clients how crappy the oracle clouds are, much better to send them out with fictional slide ware, that, as they say, is an obviosity, my friend

Could it be that they don't want the architects to have a cloud account.... specifically to prevent anyone from "see[ing] what works and what is just slideware and compensation based marchitecture"?
Maybe they don't want the people selling cloud to know it's all crap? Could that be?
SCs became cloud architects, but it's hard to sell cloud when you can't even get your own cloud accounts and see what works and what is just slideware and compensation based marchitecture. No one has confidence that the cloud products are any good so it is very hard to sell.

Why are they getting rid of cloud architects? I thought the idea was to emphasize and grow the cloud aspect of the business.
