Is it true that oracle right now has a hiring freeze in the US? A coworker mentioned it and my manager, typically clueless, could'nt confirm.
Calendar Q4, not fiscal although if you survive this round eventually your number will come up. They keep culling the herd.
After OOW would be Q4 of the calendar year.
