Wtf is big red doing with commissions ? Our stores new hasn't updated in commission in a few days. They keep playing with our fn money and im tired of it. Ever notice at end of month it doesn't update for a few days? Just a way for Verizon to f--- us more.
Btw, watch your statements. If you do a price adjustment or swap accessories out and bring the phone down in the order and they have to resign dp agreement...you lose the commission. Pay attention

This happens every year with the iPhone launch. It will catch up but iPhone sales are always masked....maybe contractually obligated or something?

Same here. My new lines haven’t shown up since Wednesday. My store managers are freaking out about it.
Our store shows upgrades but not any new we have done in past 3 days...something def is up with verizon. Thanks though never knew you lost the upgrade if phone dp is changed during an exchange. I think something is about to happen with our pay all arrows are pointing that way. Veru scary feeling
