Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

HR and *ISCO spies...

...are monitoring this site. My GF works in HR and tipped me off. If you're a fool, post here from your work laptop at work or via vpn. Owner of this site could be a snitch (oh he needs to make money). Once *ISCO has your IP, they can correlate that from the vpn source IP database and find out who you're.

Dear Cisco HR

Since you are monitoring the site, I believe some one senior in my department, Cisco legal is responsible for the disgusting last post which seems to rejoice or claim credit for a man having a stroke. Dude was a critic, but this post is outrageous. In fact, FYI, I am posting from a Cisco owned device so when the senior legal person reads this and starts to take special measures to find me, I will bring this up during my termination or censure. Here is the truth, the Cisco legal department is a symbol of a culture gone mad. The fact that a senior, very senior, person post this is just disgusting.

@PrKenJh-1qca What happened to Brad Reese's site? He went quiet very quickly and started posting about Reese's peanut butter cups, etc. He was one of the most harsh, vocal critics of Cisco.

HR, Never mind trolling this site for trolls trollling and complaining about WFH. They are the true infidels and are the deadweight in CDO we need to get rid of immediately with extreme prejudice.

Never mind trolling websites HR, put your energy into getting rid of deadweight WFH addicts (especially in support staff, that’s ridiculous). Take a look at the numbers of people you have on disability and stress relief. This place kills you...slow or fast, but they will kill you.

your GF is dumb. the site uses https hence nobody can use logs to know if it's read or write... if hr is reading, they might as well be writting, the traffic will look the same

And, the Cisco legal department weighs in. How much time do you guys spend spying on employees? Answer, a lot.

Brad Reese shut the heck up when that Arista lawsuit had his name and posts all over the evidence pile.

@PrKenJh-lpr : Brad Reese's site has been inactive for months. What do you go there for? No one is even reading your posts probably.

Hey, OP just telling the truth. Sadly, Cisco monitors this site not to listen, but to see who is off message. If they listened, things would change.

Oh grow up. You think the company can be bothered to monitor a whinge site. I doubt very much whether the company cares about a bunch of whingers. So what if some staff like a moan. Better they do it on this site anonymously than round the drinks machine at work.

It's the ultimate in frugality based feedback if they are monitoring. Maybe much less expensive to solicit employee feedback in this form, rather than soliciting feedback during the now defunct formal review cycle.

If HR is monitoring/tracking...yeah I guess we "trolls" do return to the site often as perhaps disillusion mourning over being LR'd. Sort of like being asked out of the blue for a divorce, with no warning of anything being wrong. If you can somehow derive who I am, Big Brother Cisco, my one comment is it sure would have been nice to know I was LR material before it all happened.

Didn't think I made all that much dependent on how long I'd been with the company. Though I was doing a good job. Would have been nice if I was formally have been told what I needed to improve. Your loss. Move on. Sad. Like a bad marriage, I would have been stupid enough I guess to keep on going.

Return the formal review system. Seriously. Toxic.

its good that they monitor, it means they can take the negative criticism into account. if they cant take the criticism that just means Cisco Fails as company

It does say a lot about the obsession with Brad and this site. The cult wants no dissent.
