Get over yourselves. We have all gone above and beyond at some point. PTC's must all be a like...self centered and forget they punch a clock too!!!!

I agree my Ptc is awesome in my club I go to her for everything she is the backbone of the leaders ....of corse night crew is the back bone of the stockers .... but the Ptc will do anything to help anyone ... she is the one with the knowledge to mostly anything in the building most mgrs don't know what the Ptc know she helps train all mgrs that have came in the building . Our club ptc is awesome if not for her the club would be in shambles. A lot of times the management staff is overwhelmed, unavailable and most of all give incorrect information. If I'm an associate who needs help with Sedgwick or insurance assistance I don't go to a manager. If you haven't noticed 95% of managers are fresh out of the MIT program.
They really think that the Manager's will be able to pick up the slack on everything that PTC's, Accounting Leads, Receiving office/dock associates do?? Ha ha they can't even keep up with what they do now. These people sitting in cubicles making these cuts have zero idea what associates do in a real Club. Member Service is also provided in the back offices, they just don't know what everyone does in a day. Probably some of your most experienced associates and culture that will be lost.
every club is so different....it all depends on the CM and some ptc are for the associates but I've worked in a couple different clubs and they all are not a like or do the same jobs
I am not sure in you club but where I am we are trying to find a spot for the accounting lead and Guess who is giving all the ideas for the associate to go YEP THE PTC cause we are all for the associates .... And guess what when u learned to change ur time I am sure ur Ptc was involved! I dk what club ur in my In my club the office door is open to everyone all day unless on a call and I can't hear.I do feel sorry for everyone being displace as well as the audit team that was displaced lucky for us we then again found spots for my team cuz that's what we do! So it's not being on a high horse it's being passionate about our jobs .
Wow PTC peeps. if I miss a punch I fix it myself. If a mgr made me that mad I would not go to ptc to whine about it as far as schedule that's the dept mgr responsible to change or correct even the TL not ptc. Remember you are not the only position affected. Some of you have been a bit on your high horse. But I do realize not every club works the same way. And by the way I am one that will be displaced

Just wait until the PTC is gone from your club then we will see who is crying! Evidently you haven't a clue what all the responsibilities of a PTC is.

Really who do you all go and cry to when a mgr makes u mad or when u don't like ur schedule or when u miss a punch .... so why don't u get over ur self
