Everyone I interact with at work is worried about the imminent layoffs that have been announced.
It is increasingly difficult to get cooperation from other teams because of the head down, self preservation mentality.
And even people on our team are looking over their shoulders constantly now.
This will likely lead to even poorer results for Q3, continuing the downward spiral.
